Tea Time

One of my favorite ways to feel and share that warm sense of cozy, is to make tea and have friends over.  My favorite drink of choice is:

To Chai For

How to Make:  When you brew your Chai just add a little apple cider spice to your chai and a shot of whiskey or ginger ale for an added kick. Wanna make it Dirty? Add a shot of espresso. Spill the gossip and pour the tea accordingly 😉

Tub Time Tea:

Tub tea is another favorite to absorb some cozy. Draw a warm bath and add a little chamomile tea (which is great for using as a before bedtime calming aid), fragrant and soothing lavender and Epsom salt. Added bonus: The magnesium from the salt is absorbed through your skin and is a major boost to your complexion and aids in muscle ache and pain relief.

Tip: Calendula is also a great bath additive for joint and muscle relief.
